Chrysalis is a grace place for children, and is a ministry of Messiah Lutheran Church.

Chrysalis Preschool offers developmentally appropriate programs for infants through twelve years. We believe that well planned activities developed around themes encourage children to learn about God, Jesus, the Bible, self, family, and the natural world. 

Our early childhood program allows children to grow and develop spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. We provide learning opportunities in language and literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, the arts, physical development, and social development. We also integrate concepts from the Literacy and Culture Project which lays a strong foundation for reading and writing. 

We also believe learning should be fun! Our classrooms are not quiet places. They abound with the joyous strain of songs and laughter. Don't be surprised if you hear children proudly announcing, "I did it all by myself!" That is, after all , what learning is all about!
